Medical, legal and regulatory review

Your reviewers stay in charge. They start further ahead.

Mutaris does not approve claims and does not replace medical, legal or regulatory review. Writers fix flagged issues before submission. Reviewers receive drafts with the rule citations and resolutions already attached.

Before submission

  1. A writer drafts in Word, the browser, or a LinkedIn or X composer with ClaimGuard on.
  2. A claim that needs support is flagged in place, with the rule it sits against and a link to the regulation text.
  3. The writer applies the suggested wording, rewrites the sentence, or dismisses the flag. Applying or dismissing is recorded in the audit trail with who did it and when.

In review

The claim ledger shows a reviewer one row per flagged claim: the sentence, the rule, the citation, and whether the writer corrected it or published it after the warning. Claims published after a warning are listed first, because they are the ones that carry exposure. A dismissed flag is visible, not hidden.

After publication

Site Audit crawls what is live and reports any claim that needs substantiation, with a screenshot of where it appears. A reviewer sets each finding’s status, assigns it, and attaches the substantiation behind the claim. Recurring runs show what changed since the last review, so a claim that reached a page outside the review process still surfaces.

What stays with your team

  • Every approval decision.
  • Substantiation: the evidence behind a claim, which Mutaris records against the claim once attached.
  • Legal judgment. Mutaris does not provide legal advice.

Pilot onboarding open

The claim you can defend.

Mutaris is onboarding regulated teams now. If your organization publishes claims to the FDA or FTC, we want to talk.
